According to BT, the reason my phone is not working today is that they are porting us over to Cloud Phone.
I’ve had a number of episodes of loss of service to do with Cloud Phone, so hopefully this is the last time.
So once again, please try the on-line booking tab, top right hand corner, or call again later!
Oh and PS, the on-line booking has a new look. I hope you still find it just as user friendly!
